Victoria’s Secret Model Beauty Secrets

The envy inducing Victoria Secret Fashion Show just took place in Paris, where 51 of the most gorgeous women in the world descended on the city, and they could not have looked better. We already work out and drink a tonne of water, whilst avoided sugar and using a hydrating mask every bloody day, so how do they get that dewy skin, perfectly glossy locks and dimple free thighs?

Josephine Scriver doesn’t go without hot water, lemon and fresh ginger in the morning before breakfast, to glow from the inside out – something I can’t go without either, check out the benefits here. Josephine swears by Shiseido Benefiance Pure Retinol Intensive Revitalizing Face Mask and raw coconut oil, used everywhere, for anything!

Brazillian beauty Sara Sampaio does not go without highlighter. She recomends adding it to your cheekbones, tip of your nose and cupids bow for ultimate bombshell glam, paired with an abundance of sleep. Her go to products are Moroccon Oil Hair Treatment, Charlottle Tilbury Magic Cream and Nars Matte Velvet Lip Pencil in Mysterious Red.

Dutch beauty Romee Strijd avoids messing with her skin when she’s not working and often goes makeup free to let it breathe. She also only applies conditioner to the ends of her hair to prevent flat hair and ensure effortless off duty style, anytime. Her go to essentials are model favourite Bioderma Sensibio Cleansing Water, Embryolisse Rich Moisturising Cream and John Frieda Volumising Shampoo and Conditioner.

Former Angel Karlie Kloss ensures she has a bare face when working out, as make up is a recipe for a clogged pore disaster during exercise. She uses Biore Pore Cleansing Strips to make sure her skin is always runway ready.

We have Jasmin Tookes’ mum to thank for this one as she taught her to always runs an ice cube over her face and neck before bed to tighten the skin and close the pores – thanks Mrs Tookes! Jasmin’s go to beauty products include Cetaphil to cleanse her skin and Vitamin E oil as a moisturiser.

Joan Smalls never misses a workout and tries to do at least 30 minutes, 5 or 6 times a week (we can all fit that in!). She mixes it up between high and low intensity interval training, combined with toning barre work and trying to sit down as little as possible, which she puts down to keeping her amazing body cellulite free, think I’ll be requesting a standing, treadmill desk tomorrow.

We know the damage the suns harmful rays can cause if we spend a little too long on the sun lounger, not to mention the wrinkles it’ll lead to later in life, so Rosie Huntington-Whitely never goes anywhere without a little fake tan.
