Frank Scrub Review

I am always looking for new products that actually do what they claim and don’t irritate my sensitive skin. So after seeing all the hype on Instagram about the Frank Scrubs, I decided to buy it myself and see what it was all about.

Having previously purchased, loved and used up the Original Frank Coffee Scrub (which smells like chocolate orange..divine), I purchased the Sensitive Frank Coffee Scrub to see which I prefer.

It arrived in this bag, with a message insisting I open it as soon as possible, so I listened to Frank and opened it up.

The smell is UNREAL! It’s like coconut cake mixed with vanilla and a hint of coffee, I genuinely nearly ate some, but Frank told me not too.

The Sensitive Scrub contains:

Roasted and ground robusta coffee beans

The high caffeine content of these freshly ground beans stimulates blood flow, targeting cellulite, stretch marks, psoriasis, varicose veins, eczema, acne and scarring.

Grape seed oil

This antioxidant powerhouse fights off free radicals, but also contains high levels of Linoleic acid and vitamin E, which assist in cell repair and healing of the skin.

Coconut oil

Bursting with anti-inflammatory, anti-fungal and antibacterial properties, this oil is great at targeting breakouts and skin infections, while providing moisture that doesn’t block pores.

Jojoba Beads

The natural cleansing and moisturising properties of jojoba makes it perfect for sensitive and problem prone skinned-babes. It removes dry, dead cells to keep pores clear and healthy.

The scrub claims to target dry skin, stretch marks, cellulite, eczema, psoriasis and acne. Having issues with all of the above except psoriasis, I really hoped the scrub would work for me! I have those little red bumps on my upper arms, which people tell me are not noticeable but I am still quite self conscious about, preventing me from feeling comfortable in strappy tops, a problem now the weather is getting considerably warmer! I also have scarring on my face, chest and back from teenage acne and previous products have simply not helped clear the marks, until now.

Frank recommends you scrub 3-5 times per week and I probably use it about four times, usually after the gym. Once I had covered my body in the delicious scrub I massage it in and leave it for five minutes.

As soon as I had washed it off my skin felt insanely soft, smooth and clean. Even after washing it off and drying it off my skin still felt like a baby’s bottom. Moreover, the bumps on my upper arms had become noticeably smoother and less red which I cannot express my excitement about, after trying so many other products that have either made the issue worse or done nothing at all.

Frank has also COMPLETELY cleared the scarring and prevented future spots after using it for a few weeks now. I don’t think my skin has ever looked so clear and several people have commented, especially my boyfriend!

It is probably the best £12 I have ever spent, it lasts longer than you would expect, does exactly what it says it will and to top it all off the postage is free!

So, if you are sick of purchasing what you think are miracle products, only to find after spending your money on them, they fail at the first hurdle, then look no further than the range of Frank Scrubs, you won’t look back.

Nice review Chloe. Have been seeing this more and more come up on Instagram and Facebook. I have some of those conditions except psoriasis too so looking to give it a go real soon. Read something about it saying it can be used 3-5 times a week for best results is that right? Will let you know how I get on! 🙂

Thank you! Yes I use it every other day and the results just keep getting better and better. I’d recommend scrubbing it all over, but not too hard on delicate areas such as your face, and leaving it for around 10 minutes for super soft skin! Let me know if it’s working for you x
